193 Dixon Street...has some stories to tell....I was born there, I saw the snow in 1948, I saw the wedding of Audrey and Horace, I was very little born Aug 45 and to little to know about their wedding date, but I remember being in the big back bedroom where the bridesmaids were getting dressed in blue dresses with a pink tulle overlay, I dont remember the wedding service, but next memory was at the wedding reception at the Black Horse on Thompson Avenue, there was a reception room the hotel with access to the gardens at the rear, I remember the cake being cut...it was a long time ago but I remember Audrey's hair...a fabulous rich auburn and long too...she had a big family as did my mother(her sister in law) and lived in the Midlands and we in the S West...but she was always a favourite Aunt and her husband a fave Uncle..It was a privilege to have them as family....
